Cloverdale

Cloverdale is a small town located on the banks of the Russian River. Family-oriented and down-to-earth, this Northern Sonoma County river town is a charming home base to stay in when the plan is to explore the nearby Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys. The tasting rooms, burgeoning arts community, and historic Victorian homes of the town create a unique wine-country experience.

Eclectic shops, galleries, restaurants, and a performing arts center are found in Cloverdale’s historic downtown area. At the center, the cobblestoned town plaza, home of the weekly farmers’ market during summer, serves as the community gathering place and center of daily life. Cloverdale is part of a public nine-mile Sculpture Trail in conjunction with Geyserville, a display of outdoor sculptures in and between the two towns. The installations change annually, and the area surrounding the plaza showcases Cloverdale’s share of the display.
